Demands and lawsuits against retailers for "inaccessible" websites exploded in 2016 with no end in sight. Currently, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is unclear as to what "accessibility" means and what technical standard such as WCAG might apply.

Presenters:
Steve Helland. Steve represents national and local retailers in responding to website accessibility demands and in pro-actively implementing information technology ADA compliance and accessibility programs. He is a partner at Fredrikson & Byron.
Aaron Cannon. Aaron is the lead Accessibility Engineer at Accessible360, a website testing, audit, and solution firm. Aaron has performed accessibility audits and testing for retailers ranging from $1billion+revenue to local enterprises. He lead the design and User Experience (UX) effort for the National Institute for the Blind's website, which was the first time a blind individual played a lead design role for such a site.
Michele Landis. Michele is a Co-Founder of Accessible360, a website testing, audit and solution firm, Opus College of Business, UST graduate of Digital Marketing with more than ten years of digital advertising plus desktop & mobile UX / UI experience and a seasoned technology entrepreneur.
